Default cabelas stand hunter extreme clothing

Has anyone tried this clothing? I lost my winter coat and looking to upgrade. I bow hunt out of a stand and looking for something for those -30 days. Or if you can recommend something. I'm just using a plaid jacket now and the deer doesn't seem to notice, so anything thats warm. Thanks

I bought the one piece suit and it is extremely warm. Too warm in most cases unless your stand or stationary hunting in very cold or extended time periods

I have the parka and it's excellent.
Mine is the older wool outer version
Tons of pockets, pit zips, big collar, hood, two way zipper.
I ordered a tall size as I'm 6'3"
Not very packable as its heavy and bulky.

I don't like wearing bibs so haven't tried them

Being as it really didn't get cold last winter, it maybe wasn't a fair test, but I did find the jacket a bit too warm when walking, in what cold weather we did have. Good wind blocker though. I dare say, it would be good for its stated intent, when keeping still.

I was going to buy the set a few years ago but decided to go with a body heater suit, its easier to pack around from the truck to the stand and wont get sweated up walking into my sets.

I own the bibs, and yep they are for the stand only, and only if it's below -15. Very, very warm. They work as advertised.

Only reason I didn't get the parka is I already have two other ones.

Im keeping in mind you are a bow hunter as am I. I ordered and bought the Cabelas whitetail extreme parka which is likely similar. Its very warm but as another mentioned it is extremely bulky and as a result my bow string was consistantly hitting the jacket with a loud whap. Didnt throw arrow flight off much but it did. Its a fine jacket for rifle hunting but I found a pain for my bow. As a result I sold it. I would suggest one of two options. Either a heater body suit or buy one of the quality jackets ie Kuiu sitka or Pnuma and layer under them. I just bought a Pnuma it it was great in stand today with just a light vest under. As it gets colder I will add a layer or two maybe even one of those heated vests cabelas sells
