the main thing to check (as others have indicated) is what is stated regarding parking rules in the Condo Documents/Bylaws... every condo has to have a set of them

If the condo bylaws state no diesel, then no diesel. If it doesn't address diesel, then respond in writing to the board indicating so and I don't see it being an issue.

People were upset about the truck, and fabricaed misinformation I think. I believe a story was made up about some test with high levels of CO2 and it was told to me to get my tenant to park outside. The only thing that elevated was my BS meter. It was clocking quite high.

Spoke to super intendant and she knew of no such test conducted by a mysterious inspector as of yet. So as for now hes back in the basement. Thanks to everyone.
