Default turbo oil leak

I suspect a seal in my turbo has gone, Its going through a lot of oil lately. And it spits out unburnt diesel and oil out of the tailpipe on startup. Also my oil pressure has dropped a bit, would a faulty seal cause the pressure to drop? Internally the engine is sound, jjust did a compression test.

Is it a dodge truck ? When ours did it the rings where shot in it

It's a Toyota diesel. 1kzte engine, popular outside of North America

Turbo seals could puke oil out the exhaust, and drop engine oil pressure. The un burnt diesel is a concern though.
What is your blow by situation like?

No blow by. Couldn't the unburnt diesel be something to do with excessive oil being burned in the cylinders, therefore making it harder to completely burn all the diesel every cycle?

When we blow turbos at work, the air intake is usually full of oil.

Is there any smoke?

Suspect washed out rings or valve issue Dump the oil and see if there is diesel in it.
No way otherwise there is unburnt fuel in the exhaust.

I had a turbo diesel volkswagen that had oil dripping from the turbo. there was plastic valve located on the top of the valve cover that was connected to the turbo air intake pipe. The valve had failed and was allowing the turbo to suck air 100% of the time/unrestricted from the top end. I'm no expert but I replace the $60 valve and the oil in the turbo stopped. I wonder, if I had taken it to the dealer would I have ended up with a new turbo ? maybe. Anyways, my problem doesn't sound like it was a severe as yours,

if it puffs smoke, on start up, I would say valve guides, especially if its clear once warm, turbo seals are normally steel rings, I don't think you will loose much oil pressure, if they are worn, and if broken you will tell by, remove the exhaust side off the turbo, and see if its wet, oily,
oil pressure drop could just be that oil is breaking down, any leaks.
smokes all the time ? or cold, and start up.
unburnt diesel, will have nothing to do with oil,
perhaps an injector isn't atomizing fuel correctly, check that the engine oil isn't getting fuel in it, and getting thin, this would cause a drop in oil pressure as well, pull the dip stick and see if it smells like diesel, the exhaust will smell rich as well, but unless your a mechanic you might not know what I mean.
is the engine oil level coming up, fuel in oil.
whats it in and how old,

what engine, 4 cyd Toyota diesel, correct, what generation, year.
common rail for fuel system, or good old rotary pump, and capsule injector's.
I haven't worked on them much, but have a work mate, here who, buys old Toyota hi-lux's, and fixes them and resells them.
