I bought a mopod camera pannier for my aqua view camera a couple a months ago. Well it crapped out so I changed all the batteries and it still didn't work.
I contacted Aqua view electronically and made some suggestions (new batteries etc.) When I said it still didn't work the replied "a new one is in the Mail. Enjoy our product" I am really impressed in this day and age.
