Brian, Why are you so secretive answering a simple polite question regarding this study? Nobody asked to "visit" the study area, which I imagine is on Public land.
Your last reponse generates suspicion and poor optics of a potential ACA sponsored study.
You mentioned ATA has approached ACA for this study. Is ACA sponsoring the project? There is no listing of a like sounding grant provided by the ACA in 2010/2011. As those who have reviewed the ACA's grant application process,
Grants cannot be made retrospectively, that is for work started prior to the current fiscal year.
