Default Hha kingpin

Thinking bout picking one up as you can exchange the knobs

Anyone else been eyeing these up?

The price is pretty steep but I guess it's better than have 2 or 3 setups for hunting/spots/3d

Ya, It looks real slick. If I was inclined (which I'm not) to hunt with a single pin sight I would think about getting one. I have a hogfather and a couple of hogg its that interchange on the same mounting bracket to get it done for me. This would definitely be waaay more economical!

Good stuff!

The hog father is a little longer, so I have to shorten it by 3 "dimples" on the bar to frame it the same in my peep. That's the only difference.

The hogfather a and tommy hogs come up on at from time to time for a really good price too

I wonder if they are using a higher quality coating on the mounting screws now? I've never seen an HHA make it thru a season without the screws rusting out. I've had three HHA's and like everything about them accept the rust.

I have two and never had any issues with the screws. I have used HHA for 5 years now.

Great sights...IMHO ..Cons ..heavy, expensive, time consuming for fast hunting action...such as elk hunting on foot during rut

Pro's ...Very adjustable, no clutter, long range shooting, great visibility...

Would be awesome for target or 3D...personally for hunting even in a stand or blind where one can pre range...things can happen so fast...
I have had even Whitetail bucks come in so fast out of seeminly no where...one has little time even to raise a bow...let alone get busted dialing in yardage

Elk have a nasty habit of being at 100 yds then in you face in a blink of an eye than gone in another blink, however one can set pin for say 20 yds and calculate, compensate, and/or hope for timeing in milliseconds for a shot...lol

Works for many..personally I already have to much to think about...you know ...here comes the elk ...he is at 40 yard...geez im hungry, whats for lunch, a big---I gotta pee...oh look a rabbit!!!....lol
