Default Clearwater River Conditions?

My brother is coming down for one of his rare visits, and we'd like to get out and try some fly fishing in the Clearwater. Anyone know how the water is around Highway 22 and Cheddarville area?
May try the Red Deer river too, around Hwy 592. Anyone hit up that stretch this year?

Thanks in advance folks

Highway 22 and 54 chocolate milk. South fork of prairie creek high and muddy lower reach. Upper reaches clear and fishable.
