It is true. F&W called me the other day. I told them I was fine with one tag.

I took two out of my possible 5 deer this year. My freezer isn’t full but I don’t even know if I’ll have room for one elk, let alone two. I know I could give some to family and friends but I still don’t feel I need to go out and shoot more than I think I’ll need for me and my immediate family.

Wow this is news to me, is this the first year they are doing this? Why can`t I find this published anywhere?
