New Enclosed Trailer - Interior Flooring Ideas
Want to coat the inside of the trailer with something. Line-X was my first choice, until I found out how much they wanted...
So what did you guys do?? It's new and has plywood flooring. Thanks.

In my 16’ x 7’ I put down a second layer of OSB on the floor and coated it with a few layers of that Rustoleum two part garage floor epoxy. Be sure to put in a traction compound on top as the stuff is pretty slick, especially in the cold.

I painted and sealed it then bought diamond mat at princess auto on sale and installed it myself including the ramp. Sweet!

This is what I used. I bought the 8' 6" by 22 foot. Cut it to fit my trailer and used a floor adhesive to glue it to the plywood floor. Has worked great for the last 4 years and a lot cheaper than some of the other options out there.

My thoughts exactly. If it’s a atv or just for storage it won’t need the same finish as a snowmobile with the siege cutting into the wood. I would just use rubber stall matts cut to finish and screwed down.

There are alternatives to going to a LineX dealer for the same stuff. Some advertise on Kijiji, and after all all you need really is a compressor, gun and then bulk of the material.
Those LineX dealers act like they’re spraying gold plating for the prices they charge. Ridiculous tbh

Trailer will primarily have mowers/lawn equipment in the summer and sleds in the winter.
The garage mat flooring sounds appealing. 200$ for a 7.5' x 17' roll.
Thanks for the ideas.

I’ll need to do the same with my new 7x14 Flaman.
I’m a bit disappointed in what I got for aprx $6k, good axels and frame but basic box frame, 1.25” walls and floor. Creeky when I drive my quad inside because of the tack nails they used. It’ll be a work in progress to get it to where I want it.
Another floor layer, screws in place of the tack nails and even considering a moderate RV mod, windows, vent, styrofoam and small heater for short hunting or B.C. gold mine trips.

Try raptor liner it's a do it yourself product that you spray on. I do all kinds of trucks with this stuff and you can color match or go black.
