Smile Jim Bows in Edmonton

Just want to say what a great experience I had at Jim Bows on Friday. I had been looking at all brands of bows and had been in to Jim Bows a couple times previous. I decided on the Bowtech Realm SS. Carson took the time to answer all my questions and set up my new bow even though they were quite busy with a bunch of other things. I would recommend Jim Bows and Carson to anyone looking for archery equipment, setup, or advice. Great bunch of guys.

Jim Bows is excellent. I also have dealt with Carson, great service from someone who knows archery equipment. He gave me great advise and set me up with a great bow package.

I was in a couple weeks ago and bought a sight and portable target. Great service and help as usual. Sure glad they opened as the customer service that the wife and I received in Calgary was above and beyond, and am pleased the Edmonton store continues in the tradition.

Another vote for Jim Bows. There is no business of any type I can think of that compares to the quality of work and quality of employees provided by the only bow shop I will ever visit.

Another vote for the crew in Calgary. Only complaint is they are too damn far from my house.

Jim bows is the best . What I like is if you walk in and need something fixed or adjusted they go out of there way too help and get you hunting again. None of this fill out a tag and will call you in three weeks if your lucky.

Went to the one in Calgary for the first time today and was very impressed by the building and knowledge of the staff. They were so helpful. I will be going back next week to purchase my next bow.

Had the opposite at Calgary location bad service. Went in to buy crossbow and they would barely talk to me and the place was empty. Left my name and number for a quote on new crossbow and have never heard back from them. That was over 2 weeks ago.

JimBows Edmonton has been amazing for my family and I, whenever we go in to shoot or need advice on products, we always feel at home there.

They probably dislike crossbow people that's all i can think. They missed out on a very large sale and i doubt i will be going back anytime in the future to spend any money there.

Default Jimbows

I just want to thank the guys at jimbows edmonton, late last week Dave said he could get a Diamond edge 320 in left hand for my youngest son,and today after school we went to jimbows and Carson took the time for some great tips and advice for my son,Carson had the bow set up for length and draw weight and my son was hitting bullseye at 20 yards, yes not very far but going from right hand to left, then hit a couple bulls within 20-30 shots is a great start.Jimbows will be the only place we go for anything dealing with archery, and thanks to those A/O members nice enough to give advice on converting to left handed shooting, I really appreciate all the advice and help, have a great hunting season and stay safe

JimBows Edmonton has been great to me every time I've gone in. My only negative would be they always seem to be swamped with a bunch of customer or tuning bows. That's probably just my timing though
