Just to be fair though Dean, buddy did state that his is a "custom" Anschutz. To some, that could be he changed the sights, to others, it's a true custom and he sunk another $2k into, I don't know, but it doesn't sound like a stock to stock comparison to me.
The CZ and Tikkas of the world have made great strides in recent years and are likely comparable with lower end Anschutz, accuracy wise anyway. They'll respond as the market dictates. I personally don't feel the value is there for a low end Anschutz, for a higher end model, considering the accuracy, history, craftsmanship, etc., possibly.
