liquid smoke,worchester sauce,beer,soya sauce,crushed black peper,garlic mrs. dash,chipotle bbq sauce,
24 to 48 hours in fridge turning once in a while

Maybe add a few 1/4ed yellow onions.

Always use olive oil on the BBQ anyways.
