Taking mom to gull

Hey guys, hows the truck access on gull at north end, any water showing or rotting ice yet? My mom's first ice fishing trip and if she sees open water I will never get her out there.
How is the white bite?

Hey Salt

Havent been out there since Friday as we fished Birch Bay for Perch. There was no water on the Ice and i am sure there isnt any now. Will be back out in the morning again trying to locate the Jumbo's. If you need anything else send me a IM.

Just wondering guys and I may be wrong here but wasn't today the last day of legal fishing on Gull? I thought I read in the regs it was closed on March 17? Maybe I misread and it was May. I sure hope so because I would love to go again this year

Hey Cowboy did you make it out today? We were at Birch Bay and it was slow but we did get a few nice perch and several Pike we wernt expecting.

We are going out on Thursday. Hopefully I can get the mom on some whites as she loves to eat them but has never caught one.
Were there many people out fishing? Should be prime time for whites now!!
