I have an 04 Silverado that I use it in. Once a year I do it normally in the fall. What I generally do since my truck burns about 1L of oil per oil change is about 1500 km before the change is due I'll top of my oil with a 65/35 mix of seafoam to oil. An old farmer taught me this trick and I must say it works. The old truck is approaching 500k. Another trick he swore by was once a season burning a full tank of premium.
