Sibbald flats

Hello fellow hunters,

Just got back from Sibbald Flats, nice place. I was wondering if any of you have hunted birds in that area? If so what is the rule on the dirt roads on the right side coming from highway 68 after sibbald lake marked with an orange sign that states " no vehicles" and also has a yellow sign with numbers on it and one under it that says ESC? I was also wondering why these roads have been heavily driven on but the sign clearly states no vehicles. I drove up the second road and walked the rest of the way in and saw a gray partridge but was so paranoid that I was on leased or private land I didn't shoot, saw 2 white tailed deer too. Anyway just wondering if anyone knows any good spots up around that area.
