Default Weatherby Vanguard 2 light strikes

Was shooting at the range this week with a relatively unused Vanguard 2 in 25-06. It was cold (-15 or so) when I was shooting. Haven’t used the rifle much. Maybe a couple of boxes at an indoor range, a couple of years ago.

Shooting was fine at first, but then I had a light strike that didn’t fire. Shot a few more, then another. So I changed ammo (all premium factory ammo). Shot a couple, then had 3/5 fail to fire. Just a click.

Suggestions? Clean my bolt? It’s never been used in the field, just range use.

Grease build up from factory. Take the bolt apart and clean it.

Ok, thanks. That’s what I figured, wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something else.
