Post Lower K

Anyone been out to Lower K lately?

Looking to try it out for the first time, any updates or advice would be appreciated. Not looking for the super secret spots, just information.

Thanks in advance

Here you go, all the info to get you started. It’s a tough lake to fish but payoff can be amazing.

Also bad info. Must be quite old or this guy never reads the regs/

One paragraph he says how he sets up 3 rigs. Have not been able to do that since I was a kid wwaaaaay back when

I didn’t read it as 3 lines in the water but 3 rods set with that type of lure and the other 3 different to easily change presentations...

Just wondering if anyone has been out since the warm weather. It was pretty tough moving around the lake previously between the snow and the flood water. Hopefully the warm weather has helped out

Was out this morning. Still had deep snow and floodwater in places. Was killer walking most of the time

Bulletproof is right, I meant I have multiple rods rigged but only two in the water. If a mark shows up but isn’t interested it’s nice to reel up and drop another lure down right away.

My buddy and I went out to Lower K today... the previous snow has mostly solidified into ice, we fished near the Interlakes area below the dam, walking on the ice was pretty easy. Not too many people out today for a warm weather Saturday. My buddy caught our only fish of the day, roughly 27" or 28".
