It’s more about individual requirements and models vs one place having stuff.

Ex: I wanted to make pepperoni sized snack sticks. The small diameter means a lot of pressure. Which means metal gears, metal plunger, metal stuffer tube. No one here had that, so I ordered it from Walton’s. Paid a little more but it’ll last

Cabelas, halfords, CTR, Amazon, various company websites.

If you are looking for commercial grade meat processing equipment, go to Butchers Edge, Jarvis or Halford.
Keep in mind, commercial equipment cost tenfold what "consumer grade" meat equipment cost at Cabelas.
Quite often you can get used 3-phase equipment way cheaper then single phase equipment, and has more power.

they are now looking for a replacement hydraulic stuffer.

I have a Carnicore grinder from Cabelas. 1 3/4 HP
A motorized stuffer from CTR refrigeration.
and a cabelas slicer.- I should have got the commercial version but didn't at the time.
I also have a hand crank 10 lbs Princess auto stuffer with stainless steel gears.

All my equipment runs very well and is operating non stop during hunting season.

I am very happy with my Cabelas grinders. Well built. Makes great product and as close to professional grade for at home use, without jumping into a commercial version.

My biggest issue was the pepperoni sized casings, my PA stuffer horns couldn't fit them, so upgraded to the CTR stuffer. But haven't tried that one yet.

I would love to get my hands on a Hydraulic stuffer myself. Been looking for years but always out of my -$3000 budget.- So if anyone knows.......

Kijiji and fb marketplace..l watch them both daily. Reid’s auction also does restaurants, I’d be very careful bidding with them though. Know your prices .
