Symtec are probably on of the best out there. Super easy install. Control heat of hand warmers and can control thumb heat seperate or together. Plug n play components. Just did a install on my yammy. Purchased off amazon. Watch closely and u can get a good deal

Same as above. Heat Demons. Multiple heat settings with models up to 4 zones, hand, thumb, seat, and whatever else you might want warm.

Handlebar sizes will be the same most likely 7/8” or 22mm. However you can’t use the atv ones that have the warmer built in the grip as you need one grip larger than the other for your twist grip mechanism but you could get the style heat tape that goes under the grip around the bar.
Heat demon, symtec and Kolpin have all worked out great for me

Good pair of quality mitts with hot pocket tossed into each one. Keeps your hands warm when your off the quad too.

Not at -20 for an hour ride or more....trust me.....especially the thumb being on its own.....hot hands with quality gloves after the ride in will keep you very happy longer in stand....only took me 15 years of owning a quad to figure this out

Whatever you choose, be careful how you mount the thumb warmer wires, or they will break off prematurely. It would be nice if the atv manufactures would offer the constant temperature hand/thumb warmers that Polaris just introduced on their snowmobiles, they won't be available for retrofit, because they are controlled by the machines computer, but according to the people that have used them, they are far superior to the previous designs.

bought a pair of kolpin hand warmers. Returned them, the grips (model ? from amazon) had no ends over the handle bar leaving an area for water plus air inside the bar to cool down the grips.

Have zipped across quite a few lakes over the years at -20C no issues for me with mitts and hot pockets easily over an hour travel one way.
Couple of key things. Warm head/face = warm hands/feet. I also have a windshield on the quad which is the best thing since sliced bread. I also run oversized mitts that go up to the elbow and wear a thin liner glove on the inside.
