Default Ram river

Was thinking about heading down and fishing ram river area next Tuesday for few night a never been to the area before how's the fishing been lately any tips for someone's first time in the area don't mind hiking a good distance off the main access points to get to decent spots was thinking of staying at the falls campground likely be going solo if anyone gonna be in the area and wants fishing partner

Was there last weekend. We didn't venture far off the FTR, but my son was able to get his first fish on a fly. Had success on stimulators and elk hair caddis. Beautiful spot.

Hi there!

Just got back from an overnight today. The North Ram is fantastic right now. Great stream.

Try some stimulators or caddis dries, and if that fails use a small nymph. Copper johns #14 were great.
