You must mean this gem.

Quote:
It truly boggles my mind how much is wrong with this letter “…humane treatment of the animals they hunt.” There is nothing humane about the unnecessary killing of animals. Nature doesn’t need our intervention. Animal overpopulation is due to ranchers and cattle companies killing off the natural predators of the wild life so they can prevent any loss of their assets (cattle). The Fog of human ignorance is very thick in this letter.

I was just going to point that moron out, twist! Great to see a landowner who recognizes the importance of hunting, values those who respect her land, and is willing to express that appreciation openly.

X2 to that sentiment.

Dont kill the coyotes says anti-hunter.They dont get that coyotes are just like dogs and have a litter of pups every year.If those numbers are not kept in check we would be overrun by coyotes and the elk/deer populations would get killed off in a few years.

I had a know nothing actually get into a terse disaggreement at the poker table today when he said canada geese were protected and not allowed to be hunted.I said they were and all that geese do are eat/poop/breed and each pair usually has 4-6 hatchlings every year and if they were not allowed to be hunted the goose population would destroy it's own habitats due to over population which is the situation right now with snow geese. He was not an anti hunter though just some clueless individual who thought canada geese were a protected species.

On a positive note it is nice to see an open letter to the editor from a landowner thanking responsible ethical rule obeying hunters that have been granted the privelidge to hunt on private land.

Default Shallow end of the Gene Pool getting crowded

That moronic comment is just further evidence that the shallow end of the gene pool is getting pretty crowded. This also explains leftards wining recent elections.

A rare and welcomed letter, it is nice to see the landowners positive side when it comes to access and hunting. This can only happen thru RESPECT for other peoples property, rules, and rights.

It was a very nice letter to see. The anti can just shut the hell up.

But I do hope that the author of the letter does not get bombarded next year to the point that they change their opinion.
