Default North/South Ram River

Looking for someone to fish with me this weekend at either the North Ram River or the Upper South Ram. I don't know either River, but would like to fish it. I'm free Saturday.

I'm heading down Wednesday for two days. Usually a zoo on the weekends.

Only day I have to fish is Saturday. I was thinking of starting where the road turns north on the north fork.

That is one of the most common spots on North Ram from what I understand. I stopped by there last weekend to take a quick look but there were a bunch of campers/tents there so I moved on.

Like everywhere else, the easy to access spots will be busy.

Was out to the N. Ram today and the flat @ Nice & Easy had 7 trailers and a further 4 parked trucks/cars not related to the trailers. Figured 20+ anglers at this one spot. And I didn't fish. Trailer suffered a refrig. Coolant leak. Ammonia is not good. I went home.

Sure I assumed. Only one quad trailer, no horse trailers. No men around. Just assumed the rest were fishermen. So maybe it's only 20 guys or perhaps 15. Still a pile of people at one .ocarion. And I expect another 5 or so to arrive as they had planned to camp there.
Still, this location is a busy place.

You got to be willing to walk a long ways off the beaten tracks to find larger fish there now..... Always seem to find lots of little guys that are eager to take your fly..... Beautiful Cutts in beauty country. We're headed that way today but doubt I'll try to wet a line til mon.....
