Default Gophers are out
Just got back from Brooks saw 9 on the snow banks by the highway.
Tough little buggers -7 at Brooks.

Saw a couple yesterday just outside of Calgary. Spring is near!

Yep, I saw numerous gophers out on the snow. They will come out for a bit, then go down to snooze for another week or so.

Saw a good sized bull gopher out in the pasture when I was shoveling out my targets today. Youngest daughter took a pop at him but thinks she missed Kept the 243 handy in case he came back vengefully, but no more sightings.
