That's what confuses me. If there was an everyday discount for Veterans I was never aware of it nor asked for it. Every year for at least the past several years Cabelas has had a Hometown Heroes event. If it was an everyday discount, why would they bother to have a Hometown Heroes appreciation event? I'm thinking that there was never an everyday discount for Veterans.

Ive known about the year round discount WSS had but I had never heard of any long term Cabela’s discount. Just the event.

Yes there was a year round discount when you showed them your card. It was 10% off your purchase.
