Default Hosting Christmas Day- Meal Selection

Just was not up to hosting a big dinner this year.
But family always looks to us for the feed and we get tied to the kitchen breakfast, lunch and dinner.
So I chose to reclaim my day and do it on my terms.
So-Homemade-meats-Cheese-Breads served as Brunch between 11-1
Debrezini Sausage
Chunk Ham Garlic Sausage
Jerky
Pheasant Duck Maple Loaf
Maple Coffee Duck Bacon
Turkey Kielbasa
Hot Capicolli
Donair w/ Tzatziki
Homemade-Mozza, Brie, and Feta
Skillet Sourdough
Pitas
English Muffins
Poached Eggs and Hollandaise
Coffee
Liqueurs

Build your own breakfast sandwich.

And family will leave by 1pm-We need our space and a nap
Everything is already made and in the larder except for the breads, tzatziki and Hollandaise-so I am good to go

What is going on at your house?

Little wonder the entire family wants to spend Christmas at the Omega table...

Here's an offer - I'll wash up for you, if I can take home your left-overs !!

Everyone else is cooking for me - might put off a Jiggs dinner for the crowd toward new years.

How's your Tzatziki?. I can't find a recipe that tastes right.

Mind a slight derail?
What's the purpose of the Brewers yeast?
I eat tzatiki religiously, store bought is getting really expensive.
I have a decent recipe, but if brewers yeast can make it better?

As for your op, we are going over to my parents on the 24 th for turkey. On the 25th we are doing dinner with our friends, turkey again.

just a experiment from about 20 years ago when I got tired of using it as popcorn seasoning-just a little tang-use it if you have it-don't make a special trip

I'm thinking about smokin' up a deer roast or 3. But I might just swing over to Omega's after looking at what he's serving up!

...Wait, you used Brewer's yeast as a popcorn seasoning!!??

Christmas breakfast is the responsibility of our 14 year old who will build his from scratch butter milk pancakes[slathered with homemade butter and maple syrup from the neighbors trees], his own home cured bacon, fresh from the chickens eggs, homemade bread toast with butter and homemade strawberry jam.
Snack food will be butter tarts, lefsa, sausage, cheese, popcorn, fruitcake, some Ukrainian thing I can't pronounce let alone spell and whatever else the good woman cooks up.
Meal will be a home growed Turkey roasted up with a stuffing that is to die for, mashed spuds, cream corn, sweet potato, low bush cranberries, pickles, a small home cured ham for those who don't like bird, love and good fellowship. Followed by fresh apple pie and a nap.
