Default use or market for small satelite dish receivers?

In our quest for reasonably dependable internet we have probably tried them all before finally getting the LTE package from Xplornet for the fastest most reliable internet connection at any time of day or night.
Now with just a radio on the roof I have the small dish receiver from Efirehose as well as the larger 18 inch dish from Xplornet when they converted us from satelite to radio signal from the tower. Do these have any use or value or should I just take them to the recycling depot as scrap metal.
thanks
Rob

Default Xplornet

Check on their site or call them to see if they have a tower within service distance. New LTE is super fast and reliable and after 4 years of trying the other companies we have finally stopped shopping around.

I have seen them painted up and used as a sign for house numbers or names for cabins etc.

Install it on a highly visable Beaver house. Looks pretty cool.

I haven't tried it yet, but this might work. Maybe line with foil and make a solar cooker/warmer, science project...

One close to Lac Labiche like that. Pretty cool looking when you drive down the hiway and see it. When I saw it the first time I had to pull over, I was laughing so hard.
