Rifle Range Near Wainwright/Edgerton

Well my family and I pulled the trigger on an acreage south west of Edgerton and since I haven't lived in the area for close to 20 years I was wondering what is available for rifle ranges down there. Our acreage will be on the south side of clear lake and as much as I would love to rip a couple rounds in the back yard it might be frowned upon.

The North Provost range is just off of 899 between Provost and Ribstone. I'm not sure of the exact directions but someone should help you out.

There used to be a spot north of the edgerton golf course, where there was a homemade shooting range. It had a huge clay wall carved out of a hill and probably around 150 yds to shoot...not sure if it's still there, but it was on the roads in the grazing reserve, proabably 5 minutes past the golf course. Sorry for the crappy directions....just going off memory.

Just wondering if the Camp Wainwright Gun club is still in the Camp there.

When I was younger I used to drive in and shoot twice a week. One day was Trap and Skeet the other was rim or center fire.

Lived north of Edgerton.
