Default Oil-less turkey fryer

My wife bought me a oil-less turkey fryer (char-broil) looks awsome no messy oil spills, storing oil. Does anyone have one and how do ya like it

Runs off of propane and infrared heat.

Ya it's called turkey fryer. Reveiws on it are good, just set it up might give it a try, says it will do up to a 16lb turkey 3 min per pound.

Use on all the time, cooks a turkey real good. Fast, clean and you even get drippings for gravy.

I got one a couple of years ago and I love. I have only done turkeys in though, nothing else so I don't know how it does on the other stuff.

Got a big roast out, may give it a try have you used it when it's cold outside.

No, it still gives off CO gasses.

Doesn't work very well when the outside temp is too cold. Found that much below -15 it takes a lot longer to get the meat up to proper temp.

how does it taste? I have a oil turkey deep fryer.. I cook chicken wings and fries in it and do lobster boils can you cook pretty much anything in it?

I did wings in ours last summer camping worked ok if wings r thawed very slow if still frozen

they are awesome. cook ham,turkey,roast,prime rib,corn what ever you want.get the racks and cook vegtables in there too
