Over the past month I've been out more then I have in the past couple years to fish and I have to say the turn out has been amazing! I wasn't too sure if fly fishing would be for me so I took a one on one beginner class, bought a rod kit and some flies. For the first year I was loosing more flies then catching fish then winter came about and this summer I was running up the kms and hitting the water hard!
When I finally caught my first notable fish know one was around and it got away from me before getting a picture. Then I caught a tiny rainbow and the magic started happening! With all the excitement I was forgetting a step in tying my knots and was back to loosing my flies. Once composed, I tied properly and landed a nice bull trout! I was trying to keep a straight face but as you can tell that wasn't happening lol! After this I knew it was time to buy some waders and boots.
The birthday boys wish came true and he landed his first cutthroat! Spunky little guys that's for sure.

Lol! Thanks! My sister laughs at me all the time. I'm always either hunting, fishing, camping or working on vehicles yet I get I still show some feminine aspects and get my nails done. Why not I say! Lol
