Default Tips on Realistic Stonefly wings

I am looking for tips on realistic adult stonefly wings. I could buy Hemingways or airflow but would really like to get my own done with home accessible materials. Thanks!!

Freezer bags are what I use for wings. They're very durable and just translucent enough to be visible
