Default reel handle problems

i have a new quantum reel, and the handle is one you can loosen and fold away,. Problem is when i retrieve the screw backs out...any one see this before?

Usually means you are holding the rod in the wrong hand. May want to switch the handle to the other side

Is it one of the screws with the red bio-hazard like symbol on it? If so I had one that kept falling out all the time. I fixed it by putting a small, and I mean small amount of Loctite 572 on the threads. It dries to a gummy consistancy so it still will allow the threads to move. but if you use too much you will need pliers to get it out
