Default Stinky Hunting boots

Anyone have any good remedies for smelly boots? Unfortunately feet sweat quite a bit, already wear good socks but boots have been killed from multiple day hunts, They are in great shape but i can put them on for 5 minutes and can’t take them off without worlds worst smelling feet, looking for remedies you guys have used?
I always remove the insole and let them dry after wearing.

Microban sanitizing spray.

We use it on stinky climbing shoes.

Try putting them in the deep freeze for a few days. Its bacteria that causes the smell, if you get them cold enough for long enough it will kill the bacteria that causes them to stink.

I've saved a few pairs of shoes/boots by doing this.

Dead skin and sweat. Try exfoliating your feet, a nail trim, and moisturizer, day or two before. Fresh socks twice a day. Once you’ve driven the biomass into the fabric, like a mashed potato, you either toss the boot, or preserve the mass. I use dr schols odorx. Freezing prepares the mass for the next bloom.

I have a problem with a sweaty feet. When I’m going hunting or just for a long walks, I wear nothing but a good quality merino wool socks. Higher the percentage of merino wool is better! Paid as much as $30 for a pair. No more problems! We just came back from Greece where we were on our feet 10-12 hours a day in a +30C weather. I was wearing my light running shoes and a thin pair of merino wool socks. No sweat, no blisters!

Yeah I’ve been wearing the darn toughs for a few years now. They are awesome and help immensely. The 5 day trip in 1 pair really did the stink in on the boots. I’ve got them in the freezer for a few days then I’ll likely do the disinfecting spray that was recommended.
