Default Is warm water an issue in early July?

So... I’m no expert when it comes to fly fishing. But I’m planning a weekend trip on the Forstry trunk road the first or second weekend of July. I’ve read warnings about warm temperatures and making it hard on caught fish.

Will high temperatures and low water levels be an issue for fishing Nordegg and north to Robb in early July? Or is that more of a southern Alberta thing.
