Question on BC Residents hunting Coyotes

Question for you folks,
I hunter Hosted 2 friends this past September for Elk. They want to come out in a couple weeks to hunt Coyotes and require a Hunter Host .
My question is, and i can't find it in the regs , Do they have to Buy a 2021 licence before the end of February or can they run on their current licence until March 31st...

Hunter host and wildlife certificates are valid until Mar 31/2021 it say's that right on the hunter host and wildlife certificate, expires Mar 31/2021
