Feel free to do whatever you'd like, but I'd just go to Kijiji/Marketplace/Auto Trader/Dealerships/etc. type in your make/model/year/km and go from there.

This is the quickest and cheapest way. Make sure you compare apple to apples and you will know. Or stop in at a Ford dealer and pretend you want to trade in, see what they give you for a value, then up it a lot lol.
