Default New 10/22

So there are 4 screw holes to mount the rail on my new 10/22 however, once the rail goes on you can only put screws in 2 of the 4 holes.

Anyone else know if this is normal for the 10/22, im sure 2 screws is enuf to handle the recoil of this bad boy

Just curious is all

cheers!

Never heard of this issue before. It happens no matter which way it's rotated?
