Question ordering from Boyds?

Trying to get a stock for my Savage 93r17 FVSS

I have never ordered here before, and am stumped. I hope its not for a stupid reason but...

out of the three Actions.. what do I choose for the FVSS??

here is a pic.. they all look the same|?? to me??

Also.. I take it I need to order trigger gaurd and swivel studs extra?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I ordered mine from them, they come with 3 swivel studs. 2 up front, one for sling & one for bi-pod & one in the rear. Well that's with the thumbhole varmint stock. Also has recoil pad. They won't ship an order to Canada that is over $100 so you'll need to do 2 orders to get the trigger guard & mag plate. I ordered the trigger guard & mag plate direct from Savage & their shipping is cheaper. Plus you'll have to order part 704346 from Savage anyways which is a longer rear take down bolt because the ones that come with the original stock are too short. See my thread:

As for the action I can't help because they didn't have that on their old web-site, may have to call them on that one.
Hope this helps...

I ordered this Evolution for my sons .17. Can't remember the exact model. I phoned Boyd to make sure I got the right trigger guard/plate.

Just a fun fact for anyone that wants to show a picture of their computer screen without the hassle of a camera.

Hit the Print Screen button, open Paint, hit CTRL-V. Voila, you have a picture of your screen. Save as a JPEG and you're good to go.
