Default Deer Hunting with cattle present

Have a question about hunting parcels of land where cattle are present. Did a search and read about how it can make or break your hunt depending on how many cattle/lay of the land. What I'm wondering is about hunting tactics. There are two properties I hunt near home and recently found out they will have cattle. I typically still hunt as there are a fair amount of treed sections. With the cattle present I'm wondering how effective still hunting will be? My thoughts are that the cattle will likely be interested (I doubt I can hunt without a single cow spotting me) and investigate. I can access the properties from different areas and plan to avoid the cattle if at all possible. Would I be better off to hike in with a hanging tree stand or ground blind? Or continue to still hunt?

I have found cattle often walk up to me and disrupt things. I've also had a bull elk come in to calls while passing through a herd of cattle in the trees about 80 yards from me. He made it to 7 yards from me without a shot opportunity

In my experiance deer dont really like being around cattle, esp whitetails. Find some new spots that are not being grazed by cattle.

I've been told by the landowner that the deer are still very much present. I do have other options, just not as close to home.

Cows fart and crash around too much, most of the time, but I have bumped into elk and cows close to each other in heavier tree cover.
Ya never know.

find where the cows drink and where the landowner is giving them salt/mineral. those 2 places are where the cows will likely be hanging out and can be eliminated as good hunting spots. look for patches of deep cover away from the main congregating areas of the cows and you will find where the deer are.

mule deer will tolerate them some, WT will leave. That is my experience anyway. My hunting improves when the neighbor places their cattle in the field.

Good question. I hunt on a properties that have horses and no cows and both whitetail and mulies don't mind sharing fields with horses. If you approach a field that have both horses and deer in it, the horses almost always are aware of you before the deer are. I think horses have much keener sense's of smell and hearing then deer do.
