Great videos guys!

I had some good goldeye action yesterday evening on the NSR using a foam body caddis. The drift had to be absolutely drag free which was kind of tricky in the strong current, but man do they give a good scrap!

I have never found Goldeye to be to fussy. When I fished them years ago, I would cut a green foam ear plug into 1/4 cylinders and just tie that onto the hook. Then cast out to where they were rising and drag the fly through. It seemed the bigger the V a guy could make the better the action. Caught a ton but the novelty soon wore off.

Yup, but with earwax, makes them float better.
