The limit is 5 whitefish at Sylvan Lake per person. Unless he kept 3 more to fill for your limit? That's okay then.

Default Sylvan

Last weekend i tool a drive out to talk to some of the fishermen, they were getting great perch off half moon and lots of walleye.Perch were reasonable sized from what i saw on the ice ad the walleye as told were standard 3lber's,which in my own experiance are very well fed fish and great color, nothing wrong with the fish in the lake, taste great, only wish we could keep 1 walleye per day.

You say it like Sylvan is a toxic waste dump? Where are you from, Wabamun? The fish in Sylvan are perfectly fine to eat..............what would make you think otherwise?

The fish in Sylvan have 3 eyes like the ones found near Mr Burns' power plant. , DO NOT EAT THE FISH DO NOT DRINK THE WATER.... In fact stay off the lake unless you have a radiation suit like me.
