Low Water Levels on Eastern Slope Rivers

just finished visiting the Highwood, Livingstone and Oldman Rivers and they all have low water levels. The extreme hot weather has ended but water temperatures are still warmer than normal for this time of year. Low water levels and warm water temperature are not good for the trout population.

If you plan on fishing these rivers this weekend please fish only in the morning and when you do catch a fish - release it carefully and as fast as you can to prevent any harm from occurring.
