Fly Fishing Help

Hey guys,

I have become proficient with a dry fly, but have trouble using anything sub-surface.

Would anyone like to give me a few tips or in person lessons out on the water? Specifically trout fishing using nymphs or midges. The best place for me to meet is Hermitage Park, but I can travel further.
