New to AOF

Greetings,

I am new to this forum and looking to meet some fellow fly fishers. I seem to have this problem with most of the people I fish with normally. That problem is that most of them want to sit on the edge of a lake and spin cast fish rather than have any desire to wade a stream or even attempt fly fishing. I would greatly appreciate any feedback from any members who prefer to fly fish and to meet up to do just that. I love the back country but I am rather timid when it comes to exploring it on my own, hence meeting other fly fishers would be a huge benfit.

I live in Red Deer, so if there is anyone interested in or near Red Deer that would appreciate the company, by all means please send me a PM.

I'm from Calgary but sometimes I fish the Caroline area and plan to hit Rocky Mountain House and along the forestry trunk road sometime this summer. Let me know if interested!
