When applied by competent people with the right intent, common sense goes a long way.
What that really hurt was the Hodgdon lines in EU, they got hit hard with most of their powders being banned over there now. EU has enough mfgrs over there that they have some decent choices still. IE: they still have Rottweil, Swiss, Norma, Tubal, Lovex,VV, not sure if they may have some Somchem out of S Africa or not, still have what few Hodgdon lines that didn't get banned.
