Default Bring on the rain

South of Red Deer. We've been getting hammered with rain for over 10 minutes now. I hope the people that need it are getting some.

Steady soaker for a couple hours already here in GP, and looks like it intends to keep going. Thankful.

I’ve had zero here in Sherwood Park. I drove back from Sask this am and I think my wipers made two swipes from a light sprinkle.

Really hoping we get a good soaking across both AB and Sask!

2" predicted FSJ, they're getting a soaker all day. Around 30,000 acres burned, they needed it!

This is the best weather we've had all spring! Lol

Just started here in Edmonchuck. Feels like it's socked in too. Knee is aching.

10 maybe 15 spits in Lloyd over the last 48 hrs, had some thunder and lightning last night but that was it, the radar showed it all went to the east and north of us, street was dry at 5:00 am this morning and the wind is up ESE gusting to 42 already and supposed to increase to 60 by mid morning, that will suck more moisture out of everything.

Not a drop in the SE, still dry as a popcorn fart in the Medicine Hat area. Hope it continues in the areas that have active fires.

Default SE Camrose

We had about 4/10ths in 30 mins last night with some pretty good sized hail but I'll take it. We really needed the moisture. I hope this stirs up more thunder storms for the people that didn't get anything last, we aren't in trouble yet but its getting close!

1 1/2" this morning west of Grande Prairie. Farmers and their crops are loving it, bringing some relief to the fire fighters too! Supposed to rain all day. Hopefully more areas get the same

We got 60 mils (~2.5") yesterday and probably another 30 (~1.25") today. We all needed it; us and our gardens, the farmers, the firefighters and the fish and wildlife.

Supposed to be back to the mid 20's later this week.

Cheers
