Just thought that I would share my experience. Had the belt clip break for my I phone. Sent Otterbox an E-mail on Tuesday afternoon, had my first response from them within 4 hours. They sent me a replacement for it,arrived at my door today. Not to shabby coming from the states.
I had the same issue with mine and got the same excellent customer service. They sent the clip FedEx over night. I also recently had my phone fall off my truck in McLean creek and run over by another truck. The outter belt clip broke the case cracked but it saved my phone. Best case I have owned and even better customer service from otter box.
