Default Cast Bullets

Use your regular rifle and replace jacketed bullets with cast bullets. Gas-checked cast bullets will group 1 inch at 100 yds if that is what your rifle can group with jacketed.
A book titled "Jacketed Performance With Cast Bullets" by Verl Smith makes this statement on page 58 "In my experience, cast bullets, lubed with LBT Blue lube and having a hardness of at least 25 bhn, produce pressures and velocities very close to those produced by jacketed bullets of equal weight in a 30-06 at full power."
There are recipes for low velocity loads as well.
