NCC Yarrow Purchase

Does anyone know any details about an NCC purchase proposal in the South that they reference as The Yarrow?

Is this an existing ranch that's for sale? Is there a management plan that actually includes access for hunting?

I have made some initial inquiries to NCC but details are sparse so far.

It was a former working ranch, that was sold to an investor. He died and they sold it to NCC . Local ranchers graze it in the summer. Not sure about the current situation for hunting, but other NCC land allows hunting with permission and some restrictions.

I became aware of it because they are sending out donation requests to top up the fund to purchase the property or at least to meet their donation goals for the property. The promotion suggests without the NCC it is at risk but doesn't say from what. It can't be from ranching because that's what has kept it in tact until now. I'm not a big fan of NCC because of some of their management plans and because something weird went on with the Penny Ranch near there. That said I don't live there, perhaps you have a better understanding of their benefit to the area.
