wished that was all I had to worry about right now. here is my honey do list for now.

of course you have to tear a wall out and move it back 18" for the tub to fit.

not to mention moving the plumbing, tearing the old tub out, replace the sink and toilet. put down ceramic tile etc. And all the big surprises you get when your working in a 35 yr old house.
and and to add to the pain I sit here and read all your guys posts about shed hunting, gopher hunting etc.
lol after this she better let me buy that new quad!!!!!!

Hey Lil', that looks a lot like a place I used to rent!

Good luck on the reno's. My sweetheart is starting to look at tile and fixtures... By the looks of it, my Summer project is cut out for me! Aieee!

Cheers,
Stinky

My list right now includes replacing windows & doors in a house that is part 113 trs old & part 35 yrs old Fortunatly all on same foundation but can relate to the surprises I've got 5 of 8 windows done & 1 door of 2 replaced. Then I am putting in a patio door & building a deck . Money pit????? yea but worth it.
