Excellent thread. Great to see the collections of others.

Obsessed, your living up to your handle for sure...
Tirebob, nice to see the miniatures, would like to see more of them.

Here's most of my Grohmann knife collection. Every time we vacationed in the maritimes, the factory in Pictou was a mandatory stop, much to my wife's chagrin.

More pics to come.

...and a selection of my folders.

2nd from the bottom, left column is a Benchmark, my EDC. gift from my son.
The Laguiole was a gift from my wife.
3rd from the bottom, middle row is a Case, gift from a good friend.
All of them feeding my addiction / passion.

I've got the D.H. Russell #3 Army (Jump Knife), issued to me and never returned when I left the military. I see it in your awesome collection...

Thank you for your service.
I carried that one on my belt for many years. One of my favorite hunting knives.
Picked up 3 of them from the PPCLI kit shop at Namao many years ago. Gave one to my father and the other to my brother.

It's like 58theCat posted earlier, "Knives are like fishing lures....ya never have enough". It seems I can always find room for one more.

Been a few days since anyone posted here, so thought it was time for another fix.

Gerber Mark I daggers, circa 1976 - 1980, and a Gerber guardian boot knife circa 1982 - 1987.

Going from the left: I built this from a Rigid knives kit in '79. The big chopper in the middle is 14.25" long with a 9" blade, Hawaiian Koa handle scales. An authentic USMC Kabar military knife I restored. A CVA bowie.

More to come.

I have many, but here's a few favorites:

L to R : Set of Benchmade cutlery with the logo from my shoot on them, (Under) Carrier custom, Gerber bowie, TOPS Prather bowie, Cold Steel Trailmaster bowie, Morgan Koens custom, TOPS Frog Market Special, Extrema Ratio RAO.

I’ve had plenty go through my possession but unlike some, I believe one can have to many. With everything, I only like to own the best I can find and afford for its given task.

From the top down

The hatchet is self explanatory.

Southfork was only cause I wanted to try it. I’ll probably sell it or turn it into a boat knife when the current boat knife goes diving without me.
The Crotts is my primary hunting knife
Dozier Yukon pro is my backup hunting knife or for international trips
Dozier freedom fighter is my pig hunting knife.
Phil Wilson filleting knife is my primary but doesn’t go on the boat cause I don’t want it to go swimming “accidentally”.
North arm is my boat filleting knife
I’ve got three of those PM2’s. One in m390, one in CPM 20cv and another in my safe in Canada in CTS-204p. I brought two here in case I break or lose one and left one there for when I’m visiting the old country.
The old timer was grandpa’s and never gets used.
I’ve got three leathermans. One in the boat, one in the truck and one in my pocket at work.
The spyderco waterway is my boat knife because it can’t rust and it handles all the cutting out at sea.

To the best of my knowledge I don’t have any holes in the collection although Phil Wilson is building me a larger filleting knife. Mostly for larger fish where my current 7” blade is to short and also to have a spare in the event this one goes missing one day.

I’ve also got my grandfathers and old man’s hunting knives packed away in a sea can back in Canada but have no plans on ever using any of them. They’ll get passed on one day when the kids or grandkids are ready.
